Contributed to the World Bank's GROW Project Report

As a long-time advocate for women’s entrepreneurship, I’ve been providing childcare since 2017. I was honored to be at MOTIV, where the World Bank and the GROW project presented research I contributed to, highlighting the critical need for childcare in markets to boost women’s productivity and livelihood.

Every woman entrepreneur deserves the right infrastructure to succeed—especially those in underserved communities like markets. Since 2017, I’ve been offering childcare services to women, recognizing that access to quality care directly impacts their ability to run businesses and thrive.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the MOTIV event, where the World Bank and the GROW project presented a report on the importance of childcare in markets. This research, which I was part of, highlights how providing this essential service can increase productivity and improve the livelihoods of women entrepreneurs.

It’s clear: when women are supported with the right resources, their businesses—and communities—flourish.
